Between 3 Deployments, switching back and forth between insurance providers (mil/civilian) El Dorado Smiles and Dr. Sauer have always taken care of me. They have always been honest and upfront even when the news wasn’t always great. Having the demands of the military and dealing with tri-care (Jesus) they made sure that I knew the costs and all details, Dr. Sauer has always been extremely patient and answers any questions or concerns that I have. Through covid and Turnover I have always been taken care of and able to build a rapport with the staff. They are people and just like you and I, and have good, bad, mundane days and experiences. Being good to them has always resulted in them treating me very well so that communication is never complicated. We are currently working on my smile and even though it’s a lot of work I look forward to walking through that door knowing that I am going to be taken care of. God Bless Dr. Sauer and his staff!!!
